How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

I ordered this item. This was a no fuss transaction. Prompt dispatch and delivery. I would recommend this vendor if asked. Excellent service.
Item delivered as described. Easy to install, either screw in or use the sticky pad. Device was very easy to set up but you need to use 2.4 ghz WiFi. You can set the device to detect human bodies or motion in general, you need an SD card to record the footage. Happy with the product, seems good quality.
Pairing to our Tuya app was easy. PIR function works well but there’s a slight lag when someone press your doorbell and when you open the app it’s slow at connecting. The speaker at doorbell is a bit soft in my opinion but clear. Got it with the mini SD Card and chime where I positioned it at the Hall.

It arrived pretty fast. Well packed, good quality, well functioning. It was pretty easy to install and connect. I need some time to see how it works and give additional feedback.

It takes great photos, easy to install and setup, very happy with it. My one concern at this stage is how long does the battery last.
Product delivery: Fast. Product quality: good for the value. Easy to install: easy and basic (only works for 2.4 g) product packaging: item didn’t have any protection, outer box arrived a with partial damage but product didn’t have any visible damage. I would recommend this product. Not sure about battery life and how often needs to be charged. App send notifications for when human is detected, multiple different ring tones. 2 way communication seems ok but to be tested. Camera image quality is reasonably good. Giving 4 stars due to the damaged packaging
