How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Good value for money, easy to install and dismantle, and it's pretty good~~ If you secure it with something like a rock in the pockets on three sides, it can withstand wind well.
It seems like it would be good for fishing or picnics. I thought it was a 5-day delivery, but I ordered on the 4th and received the product on the 16th. I wish the delivery could have been a bit faster.

This tent is really cool. Although I haven't used it yet, it's not like a regular tent. I don't go fishing or anything like that, but I thought it would be great to use at the beach, so I bought it. After trying out the semi-automatic tent, I was quite satisfied with it, so I also bought this shade tent this time. I'm very happy with it and bought it as a gift.
The size is ample and I like it. I think it will be useful at the beach park. It wasn't as easy to bleed as I thought, but I believe it will be fine once I get used to it.

It arrived very quickly, in just three days. It unfolds by gently pulling down, and it's better to hold it from both ends and tighten it with force. When folding, hold it with both hands, the index finger on top, and the thumb on the bottom leg. It folds tightly. I think you'll need to try it a few times. It's easy to fold and unfold, and very convenient.

The waterproof wrap was missing, but we proceeded with a partial refund, so we decided to just use it. The waterproof wrap can be used with another one, but the product itself seems convenient and good. It seems to be useful in summer.
I ordered black, but I was surprised to know that the bag came in the wrong color because it was beige. The bag is beige, and the product is black. It's nice because it's not bad in size and it's silver coated inside. Folding is easy, but unfolding doesn't make sense. If it's funny and you can't see it, I'll have to practice unfolding more.
