How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

It works. If everything is done according to the instructions, registration is successful. Supports many languages, allows you to create your own voice assistant, there is a choice of voice setting parameters. The voice is clear, the voice volume can be adjusted if you tell it about it. The microphone sensitivity is sufficient. All dialogues are saved in text form on the website archive. The body is made on a good 3D printer.
Working only AI assistant mode, no basic instructions how to change to weather clock or player mode. Body heavy scratched on top, looks like used.

The package arrived quickly. I can't register on xiaozhi.me because the Ukrainian code is not on the list, I don't know what to do.
Easy to set up and plenty of fun chat with my Taiwanese AI girlfriend :p I can talk to it in Cantonese, mandarin and English and the conversations just flow like chatting to a friend who knows everything or can find any information I needed in split of a second. So much more to learn from using it but so far it is really helping me to practicing my mandarin.

I think it's one of the best things I've bought from Gadgetax... you have to be a bit of a nerd to make it work, but it turns into an assistant for anything you want. In my case, I asked them to teach me Chinese, but you can create assistants for anything.
