How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Very light product (it really is carbon fiber) and seems to be quite robust. I tested it on my DJI Ronin mini 3 with Sony FX3 and held on, I just haven't worked with this new kit yet, but it looks like it will aguanetar. Only the thread (female) from the bottom (where the base of a mini tripod fits) that is not welded to the part but only threaded, when I took the mini tripod off the DJI, I had to give it a squeeze (pictured attached). And that piece can be lost if it has no attention. I'm thinking of giving a drop of a turtleneck Super Bonder, so that doesn't happen. But for the value, the product is excellent.

The pole is very lightweight, and the tips are made of aluminum or sort of material, I like how it feels, doesn't feels cheap, and is so useful to balance the gimbal in a better way, the only thing that I don't like is that at the top doesn't have any silicone or something, and that will end scratched
