How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

The movement is faster than you think, The fixed works well and looks sturdy. my cat likes it.
Should be hooked onto a door. The metal hanger is not strong enough and bends quite easily. Has different modes and moves in all kinds of ways.

Seems like a great toy after just setting it up. A kitten will love this, but my 3 year old cat is keenly watching the mechanism after playing with the toy at the end for a bit - it’ll keep her entertained when she’s bored of other toys. I like how the machine varies the way it wiggles, it doesn’t just spin or shake.
The cats are very excited every time I turn it on for them. it came very fast, worth every shekel. they already torn the rope with their teeth twice out of excitement.

This is a great interactive cat toy but I would recommend it for small to medium sized cats. One of our Ocicats is a big boy and he managed to bend the mechanism enough that it no longer spins with the 'boom' attachment on. He has a habit of grabbing the toy at the end and tries to carry it off into another room (slingshot!). Hard to blame that on this product! The motor and spinner still work fine when it's not on & I may try to fix it myself soon.
