How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

This is me! Is it beautiful? Hahaha!, this is the promotional picture I took for my camping hotel. The luxury camping in the forest is beautiful from morning to night. In the morning, you can see the sunlight penetrating the woods, and in the evening, you can see the stars passing by. This is the most beautiful moment of camping! The product is great. The solution recommended by jimmy and Mandy is very suitable for me. They did not add a lot of accessories or recommend a bunch of expensive things like other factories do. Store invited me to review its products. I definitely give full marks for the appearance. I am the first one in my city to own a dome tent. After only three days of promotion, the orders were full. The "magic" of the dome tent shocked me. The pipe material is very strong. The pvc fabric has a little smell. Frequent ventilation is needed to eliminate the odor in the room. I later purchased more than a dozen solar fans. I hope it can solve the odor problem.
Staying in a bubble dome in the provencal countryside was like a dream. We fell asleep to the scent of lavender fields and woke up to the warm sunrise over rolling hills of cypress trees. The interior was comfortable and luxurious, with crisp linen sheets and a large skylight that let us star-gaze from our bed. Local hosts provided a basket of fresh baguettes, honey, and wine from the region – the perfect french countryside indulgence.
Spring is the season for outdoor outings. The quality of this tent is better than I thought. The one behind the picture was bought in 2003. It is the third year and it still looks as good as new. Of course, I clean it regularly. The first time I cleaned it, I was worried about how to clean the dust on the top. Then store showed me a video of car washing and told me that the same cleaning foam as car washing, spraying evenly and waiting for a few minutes to rinse can solve the problem. It was that cleaning agent that damaged my lawn. Store did not tell me in advance. Later, I added the drainage function, and then the maintenance of the dome was very simple.
I'd like to share my dome tent. I decorated it very beautifully and I like it very much. When I first received it and installed it, the fabric was wrinkled and not very nice, but I didn't dare to tighten it too hard for fear of tearing the outer tent cloth. But jimmy told me that their fabric would not be torn even if 6 people pulled it together. He said, "you can tear it as you like. If it is not damaged by cutting with sharp objects, you can get a new one for free during the warranty period!" I tightened the wrinkled fabric boldly and finally got the perfect photo as in the photo. There was no PS, only the light problem. The flexible pvc transparent cloth was as transparent and reflective as glass. It was perfect.
