How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

It works perfectly, without configuration it detects the games, but it needs some third-party app for screen mapping the custom configuration, I haven't tried that. The material of the device is quite light, it feels a bit delicate but aesthetically pleasing.

The controller is great. Due to USB Type-C connection, it does not require charging. In the set, we get a charging cable and... I don't know what to call it... "support for smaller phones". The quality of plastics is high, there is no sense of any cheapness. The joystick works very well and the buttons are not loud. Works with every game I tested: Delta Force, PUBG, Real Racing 3, Static Shift Racing, Roblox. As for a budget controller, it's a miracle of honey and nuts, but I recommend buying a case to prevent anything from happening during travel. TL;DR Super controller for super money, 10/10.
Great quality product, fast connection, everything came okay gamepad, charging cable. I have tested it in some games and it has great compatibility. Soon I will sign up for the Game Pass to extract the best from the controller. It will take a week and a half to arrive, but I found everything okay.

I occasionally play emulators or casual games, but I don't play things like collapse, Myeong Jo, or God of War. I bought it during the holidays to ride it long distances and for leisure at the hotel, but due to the Golden Week holiday and the national holiday, the reservation failed. I tried to drive it myself, but it was too tiring and I felt like I would fall behind. So I gave up on traveling, returning home, and other things and just lay in the corner of the house, rolled around, and played with it. Since the only camera I have is a phone camera, I can't take pictures of the scene I'm using. LOL
