How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?

The massager arrived quickly, it's small and convenient, comes with a hard plastic storage box, the charging cable is an old type, but that doesn't matter. On mode 3, the current bites the skin quite noticeably. It's better to massage with some gel, the water dries quickly. Overall, I'm satisfied; for this price, it's an excellent device. The vibration wasn't as strong as I expected at first, so I was a bit skeptical, but after consistent use, I feel like my facial lines are slightly smoothed out.
