Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

This is the second unit I've bought and honestly, I'm giving it as a gift. It's definitely a product of very good quality with high internal capacity.
I am playing mp4 videos and jpg, png images on a micro SD card. Both videos and photos are coming out well. Sending to internal storage through the app has a 15-second video limit, but using an SD card removes this restriction. The image quality and viewing angle are better than expected. The disappointing part is that the back side sticks out, making it impossible to secure as a tablet holder, and there's no VESA hole, so it can only be hung from the back hole.

Item box was damaged in shipping. This should have been a gift, so have not opened and tried yet.
Wow wow wow, they are perfect, fast delivery
The frame arrived in 5 days, which was very fast. I got it at a discount, everything works. There's no battery; it runs on the power supply that comes with the frame. The screen is touch-sensitive, the Frameo app works. Still need to figure out the settings - haven't gotten around to it yet. 00 turns on at 23. 00 disconnects, standard setting can be changed, internal memory 29 GB, 3 GB occupied by the program, inserted a card, everything works - recommend.
I am very pleased with the photo frame, it works as described in the description... I recommend to EVERYONE to purchase such a photo album that can flip through the photos by itself. And also, be careful when ordering a plug for the outlet. I was careless and received an EU plug instead of an American (US) one. It's good that there is an adapter... Thank you very much Gadgetax for the fast delivery to France, within 7 days. I did not communicate with the seller, there was no opportunity.
