Sedangkan untuk dapur pacunya terlihat Nokia ingin menekan Harga Nokia 3.1 Plus agar semakin terjangkau dengan menngunakan chipset Mediatek dan GPU PowerVR GE8320 Sedangkan untuk urusan CPU Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 yang siap memberikan perfoma mempuni, beralih pada bagian RAM karena akan ada RAM dengan kapasitas 2/3 GB yang bisa di sesukan dengan kebutuhan.

Sedangkan pada sektor kamera Nokia akan akan mengandalkan dua kamera pada bagian kamera belakang 13+5 MP, dimana hasil jepretan kameranya pun akan sangat mempuni selain itu smartphone ini juga akan dibekali dengan kamera belakang dengan resolusi 8 MP, meskipun kamera depannya tak sebsar kamera belakang namun mampu menghailkan perfoma yang mempuni jika hanya untuk foto selfi biasa.
