Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

Everything was great. Now I just need to know how the warranty works. And the box came as if I had kicked it.
There are spare plugs for different sockets and a stock of trash bags. Also, another grate with a larger mesh. Very large.
My cat is 3.5 years old and very clean. He's intimidated by everything new but got tired of playing "pick up poop." To our surprise, he went to the new toilet on the first day. The automation works silently. If the cat approaches while it's running, it pauses the cleaning process and then resumes. Safety and no odor from the toilet.
What a fantastic product! Arrived super quickly, well-packaged and with clear instructions. The cats went to it right away and now even my biggest cat can easily go to the litter box because the opening at the top is open. You can also replace the litter bag super easily with the lid at the bottom. I am really very satisfied! Thank you.
The quality of the product is great. The plastic is of good quality. At first it didn't worked but the great contact with the seller resolved it. There were some issues but the seller reacted very professional on that. What i do find a pitty is you can't put a faster time for turning. Now it turns 5 minutes after the cat left. So the smell of the poop stays longer. Other closed brands can reduce the time using the app.. The open design is much better for cleaning. It basic, no high tech. But be honest should it? I did designed a higher entry as my cat pees standing so I needed to have a higher entry. Lucky I have a 3d printer so designed one and printer in 1 hour. Now no pee or litter can leave the box. For its price it's a steal.

It's quite big, my cat is still scared, and hasn't entered yet, I hope they like it.
It's truly delightful. The best option is the automatic mode that empties the poop or urine after about 5 minutes of use. I have a very particular cat who, at times, used to pee outside. Now not anymore, having it always impeccable. The issue of bags and emptying, being quite a fanatic about smell and cleanliness, I have solved it by buying other bags that are placed at the bottom of litter box trays, which are also very cheap and thin, and thus I empty it daily as needed. Below I put the strongest and sturdiest bag that comes... And then the thin bag. I was surprised by how quiet it is. It's quite large, you need to keep that in mind. But if you have several cats, it's wonderful and has the most economical quality-to-price ratio I've found. I would buy it again and have recommended it to several friends.
